how do i close my cafemom account?

i no longer want to be a member of cafemom, how do i i guess "erase" my name, page, info, everything?

    OP's question-Before you delete you're account you should also delete all of your posts one by one. I think those will still remain even though your profile is gone!

    Let us know why you're leaving (optional).
    Click the 'Submit' button.

    We will process your request and you will receive a cancellation confirmation once your account has been canceled.

    There is an area on the cancellation request for you to give feedback (optional) about why you're canceling your account.
