  • limbo, duck duck goose, hoicky pocky, bowling with those plastic sets, .

Some teepee fun is you take a broom's stick, decorate it and put too rolls of teepee on it, you make the kids make two lines (one group and the other) and they take turns pulling teepee out you of course time them and what ever group has the most amount of teepee in a pile wins. It sounds silly but you will be surprised if you act enthusiastically how much fun the kids have.

Get a few fish bowls fill them with water and some food coloring, and let the kids try to toss in foam balls, who ever wins gets a (dif) fish bowl with a fish in it. (please provide the food...lol)
I have alot more but I'd rather give you a cool link to look at http://www.amazingmoms.com/htm/party_babys_first_birthday.htm#first_birthday_games

  • I did "Guess the number" and had each kid put down a number on a little piece of paper. The winners (we had 2 winners) got a little cake all by themselves. One winner-kid put his head in the cake (he was about 6yrold) and one winner-kid ate his carefully (he was about 2yrold). The b-day kids were 1yr old (twins). It was a game everyone could play.
P.S. the number to guess was "1" because it was their age. A couple of kids guessed it right. If there were more than 2 winners we would have had a tie braker with the number (2) for twins.
It was an EASY game and everyone got to participate.

  • Contined... sorry... Oh, and if nobody guessed the number then the "Closest" number would be a winner. It didn't matter if it went over or under, as long as it was "closest" to the number they were guessing. I told them they were trying to guess the b-day kids number that they picked, that involved the b-day kids too, since they were too little to really understand it, it worked out great.
