  • I gave both of my children a gummy vitamin at that age....but I discussed it with their Dr. first. They are 5 and 3 now and still take a vitamin but the regular chewable kind.

  • Talk to your pediatrician. Ours says as long as they're eating a balanced diet, they don't need one.

  • I don't give mine any vitamins. She eats a very balanced diet, so she really doesn't need any.

However, with there being no sun here, I plan on picking up some cod liver oil to boost her vitamin D levels. Can't afford salmon or cod :~(

  • Talk to your doctor. Most kids don't need them.

  • i was told by our health dept that my dd doesn't need to take vitamins until she's 2. so i make sure she has a balanced variety of foods. i also use the Juicy Juice Harvest Surprise juices, they have full servings of veges and fruits and she loves it! she also likes the V8 strawberry banana smoothie juice and it has vitamins and soy protein added!
