Big house or little house?

So we are in the process of buying a house. There is a very small home in a really good area  and it has great schools. It also  has a small yard. We have two kids and are done. There  is another house i like its bigger and had a bigger yard the areas okay but the schools are definitely not as good as the other area.  What do you find more important?

  • I'd go with the smaller house in the better school district. School is much more important to me than house size.

  • yep..keep looking in the better school district. remember, you can always offer less on a house..the most they can do is turn your offer down.

  • ^^ lol true i thought that as well. Id like a four bedroom or a 3 bdr with a basment. The best i could find in the nicer location was a 3 with no basement and its at the top of our price which scares me lol. I have my nieces and nephews alor and more space the better lol
