From scratch

Is there anything you love to make from scratch? I just made pizza dough and ricotta cheese!

Challah! My kids love it too because they get a small sample fresh from the oven before dinner.

I also make ricotta and pizza dough. I like baking from scratch a lot as well. And now that we have farm fresh eggs daily (I have a small flock of chickens in my yard) everything is better than before.

Brownies, spaghetti sauce,salsa, fettuccine alfredo, biscuits, fudge, cookies, cake, icing, mac and cheese, homemade hamburger helper, bread, pie, a lot more, just too much to list...

Very easy! And if you have a mixer with a hook, it takes minutes.
