Here's an easy and delicious recipe:
Lemon Parmesan Chicken
4 split chicken breasts slightly pounded
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste and squirt juice of 1/4 lemon. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain off most of the juice.
While chicken is baking, mix together 2/3 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, juice of 1/2 of lemon, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes.
Remove foil from chicken and smear mayonnaise mixture on top of chicken. Place under broiler for 3-5 or until golden & bubbly. Enjoy!
