After a tubal...you have a 2-5% chance of getting pregnant again without a reversal. Depending on when you had it done(with a c-section the failure rate is slightly higher), how long it's been since you had it done(10yr. post failure rates are slightly higher), and how old you were when it was done(the younger you were the higher the failure rate). So you're odds aren't good.
Add the ablation to that and your chances are even worse...
Pregnancy after endometrial ablation is uncommon, with an estimated rate of 0.7%. These pregnancies have been associated with complications such as disorders of abnormal placental adherence, hemorrhage, preterm delivery, and hysterectomy.
