what is the best "stuff" to take care of the problem and fast?

    But if its really bad its probably yeast. In which case you need to call the Dr to get a prescription.

  • If it's yeast, use Lotrimin AF twice a day.

    In between at diaper changes use a barrier cream (destin, A&D, etc)

    Try for twice a day, but at least once a day, let them soak in a bath with warm water and baking soda. No soap, no washing...just soak.

    Stop using wipes, use a warm wet washcloth.

  • A&D ointment is the only thing I use. Its the only thing that works, Its normally clear by the next diaper change.
