Anyone know how to get Desatin (that creamy diaper rash stuff) spots out of clothing?

  • I haven't had that problem. You might try soaking it with dish soap before going in the wash.

  • I pre treat stains with oxy clean spray and use the oxy clean powder in all of the kids laundry

  • try sprinkling baby powder over them and letting it set for awhile-if its a 'new' stain. I do this with my clothes with any type of greasy stain. It soaks up the grease and then just brush away the powder and wash.
