  • child services? if thats what you mean...i think either you or the potential father has to request a dna test and then theyll send them out to a lab.

  • My niece didn't pay anything. She got pregnant, had the child, went on Welfare. When Welfare decided to collect from the Father, they asked her to name him. She couldn't (long story), so they threatened to stop Welfare until she did. She picked a guy, they dragged him to court, and they did the test on the baby and the guy. So Welfare paid as they were the ones on the search.
