Any advice on constipation during pregnancy? I'm miserable.

I don't normally like to use medicine for constipation, but it's been several days and I'm so miserable. Any foods or liquids that could help? What are the safe medicines I could try? Any advice would really help!

  • Eat A LOT of fiber and take in lots of fluids. Apple juice and prunes help a lot too. I would not take a laxative without talking to your doctor.
