good diets

i'm trying to lose the baby weight with just diet and exercise alone. has anyone had any luck with any of the many diet plans out there.

  • Well, I don't do any "diet" but I do watch what I'm eating. I'm watching my portions, drinking more water and not as much soda, eating more frequently, and not eating past 7 or 8 at night. I'm just trying to eat more healthy foods and I allow myself to have one night a week that I can eat the "bad" foods.

  • The answers above are right on.
    NEVER diet! It messes with your metabolism.
    Walk, eat smaller portions and make healthy choices in your food selection.
    Most of all cheat every now and then. But eat just a little of what you're cheating with.
    You will find after you have been off the junk food ,you won't enjoy it as much as you used to.
