  • Hi toddlermadness,

Here's how to promote a member of your group to administrator.

Click the arrow beside the 'Groups' tab.
Select 'My Groups' from the drop-down menu.
    Go to your group's homepage.
    Click on 'Member List'.
Search for the member you want to promote.
Click the link beneath her screen name that says 'promote to group administrator'.

  • What they mean is no there isn't a co-owner function. You just have to promote her to admin and you can list her as co owner in the group description. There can be only one person with the ability to promote admins and send bulletins. If you really want to share the group completely then ask cafemom if you can start a group profile. Then transfer ownership to the profile and both of you can have the sign in information. For my group we use CMSM_Admin and all my admins can use it to make journals, send bulletins or handle abuse reports.
