  • put it in writing that the day care cannot put your child in a diaper, take the ones you have provided and ask them to post the note in the room so that even sub teachers know. tell them you know it is not convenient but it will make it easier for them in the end too. reward his potty successes. get a sticker chart for at home and one for at school. if school is falling short bring in the one from home and have a conference about it, ask why this is happening, why they cannot "support his growth and development" ask what you can do to help them help him....

get all up in their business about it and let them know yo mean serious business .... do it professionally and respectfully ... you pay them... you are the customer.... they need to please you.... i worked in daycare for 4 years, i have taught for 5 more in primary school, you need to let the school know you mean business before they take you seriously... i also know how you feel because i just pt-ed my son when he was between 2-3 yr old w/o the support of my mil who watched him once a week and was working against me, i had to take him away from her for a while (calling off work to do it) before she bought a potty ring and supported his progress... play hard ball!
