  • First off DO NOT SUPPLIMNT!!!!!!!!! That will make your supply less. What makes you think you aren't making enough. At least 6 wet diapers a day and he is getting enough. Eat real oatmeal every morning, drink mothers milk tea, drink one Guinness beer per day, drink one gallon of water per day, eat healthy and enough, nurse on demand and offer all the time, also, fenugreek, blessed thistle, and domperidone are good as well.

  • Navy-wife got it all. You can also pump to help increase, but as long as baby is nursing and nursing frequently it's all good.
