How do you get over it? How do you keep your mind off it? What do you do to heal a broken heart????

  • Cry as much as you feel like. Then cry some more. At first you'll think the entire world is crying, but gradually you'll find that you can enjoy life again. You are grieving over a lost relationship, lost dreams. It is similar to grieving over a death. At first you'll feel anger and quilt, disbelief, and you'll come to accept. Give yourself plenty of time, and understand that is if OK to feel sad.
