Is my 10 month old too young to eat eggs?

He seems bored with his normal food so I want to try something new.

  • I think my kids had tried them at that age. They didn't eat a ton of it but had a few bites and they loved them...still do!

  • i think it's ok to give scrambled eggs. i've heard to only do the yolks cos the whites are one of those high-allergy foods, but i'm not too sure.

  • I will wait till at least 1. Child who under ages of 12 month develops food allergy fairly easy than older child. You can give him some plain white bread( wheat is high risk food too, so white bread)banana, plain chicken etc... Seafood, eggs, nuts are too risky to try.

  • i also avoided the main high allergy foods. Nuts, strawberries, milk, and eggs............ Btter safe than sorry, I would hate to see a 10 month old have a serious allergic reaction. yikes
