  • I know its hard to go to bed sometimes but you just have to train yourself to do it. Also I don't know how old your baby is but if he is only naping for 15 min I would try to get him on a better schedule. Try a book called "healthy sleep habits healthy baby" They have a lot of good info to get your baby on a good sleep patteren. My twin boys now take 2-2 hour naps per day at the same time. It is wonderful! Good Luck!

  • try laying down to sleep along with your child and turn everything off, or go close your room door, put some smooth lullabye music and turn your light off an dclose your eyes. and if you cant keep your eyes closed, buy the thingy for your eyes. (a cloth that keep your eyes closes and from getting eye bags)

  • You have a weird sleep shedule, not your infant child. You change for your child for good! Good luck.
