  • My stylist charges me $28 for a cut and style. I give her a $2 tip. That probably isn't enough, but she is also like a family friend.

  • I always tip mine $10 or more because I totally love her and we have been through alot of different hair styles and colors and she has always made it work on me.

  • I would tip 15-20% to a new stylist, which is the etiquette standard. Mine is a friend that has done my hair for 18 years and gives me a deal. So, I tip 25-30%...and it is still a deal. :)

  • I just had my hair foiled yestarday. My bill was $82.00, and I gave her a $25.00 tip. When I find a good hairdresser, I like to keep them happy :)
