What lip moisturizer works best?

I live in CO and my lips dry out in the winter. I have tried every kind of chap stick under the sun in stores but is there something out there that works that I may not have tried or heard of? Or a combination of chap sticks that work well together? FYI nothing too waxy or husband doesnt like it lol.

  • I really like the Skinlogics lip balm by BeautiControl. Everything else I've tried actually made my lips peel.

  • I swear Chapstick. Carmex, and Blistex all dry my lips out worse. Vaseline makes this lip stuff I use. It is basically Vaseline but in a small tube for lips. I also have had good luck with lip gloss from Clinique.
