  • really good is stuffed peppers. Use green bell peppers cut in half and clean out. Then mix your turkey with one egg per lb. add shaker cheese such as romano (a lot of chees is better) bread crumbs, chop up some garlic and toss in , add salt and pepper. Then put in peppers. about a 1/4 lb of meat per pepper, then use the Cortinda (sp?) tomato sauce with the italian spices. and pour over top. Then place in oven on 350 for about 40 minutes an Viola! yummy stuff. I like to have a little extra tomato sauce on it because you can use that juice for white rice!

  • We use it the same way that you use hamburger.

  • You can use it for anything you'd use hamburger in. You can add a touch of olive oil to the pan if you got ground turkey breast. Regular ground turkey does have fat...as much as hamburger sometimes, because it's made with turkey thighs.

  • You can spray the pan with cooking spray to avoid adding more fat. I use ground turkey in any recipe calling for ground beef. Lasagna, for example, or spaghetti or chili.
