What time should I have my baby shower on Valentine's day?

I'm having my baby shower on Valentine's day so my mommy can be in town. What time do you think it should be that day? I want it to be early so people can have the night with their hubbies, but how early is too early?

  • I would same some time around 3. What ever time you make it at dont expect people to get there at that time because people usualy start getting there 30 -40 minutes after the time you put on the invitation.

  • Will there be food? You could do a luncheon type thing with finger food at around 11. I've been to a few showers like that.

  • Good gracious! 11am? I'm usually waking up around then. :)

1p is a good time. If they're anything like my family, they'll hang around for a couple of hours and be on their way.

    Congrats! :)

  • 11? I think mid-afternoon baby showers are weird and people will have plans in the evening.
