Try soaking your feet in epsom salts with warm water. you should also check on the proper fit of your shoes and use really cushiony socks, if your feet are really blistered on the bottoms then consider what your exercise routine is...you shouldn't just jump right back into what you were doing 2 years ago but at any rate don't let a couple painful as hell blisters stop you go back to the gym just don't do any cardio, instead focus on core or upper body workouts until till they heal COMPLETELY or they will start to bleed.
