How do I get my granddaughter to sleep back in her crib in her own room?

She slept just fine in her crib from birth until about 4 months ago. She is acting like she is afraid to be in her crib and in her room. She screams bloody murder when you lay her down when she is sound asleep. She wakes up immediately.

  • Only at night or nap time too?
Maybe she needs a nightlight and a special toy to hug?
Put her down in her crib when she is drowsy but awake and walk away. if she wakes I would just let her cry. Sounds like something happened 4 months ago (sick or teething or something like that) that now has become a habit.
