  • They both do. My BH with my first dropped me to my knees they hurt so bad. These ones just wear on me after a bit. But my stomach gets really tight when I am getting them.

  • there is only One difference between BH and real contractions..one pops a baby out..the same thing happens wether its fake or not.

  • When ever I had BH I didn't have tightening but it did hurt alittle bit. It felt like i little more then period cramps. With the real ones they hurt more then that and the center muscle on your belly will come to a point..Well a peek. That is something I noticed the difference between BH and the real ones..

  • for the most part from what i been told they both do... but i thnk that it depends on tha person... i went to the hospital las week for really bad cramps come to find out i was havin preterm labor actual contractions.. they said they were really strong an i couldnt leav till they were under control an i didnt even know i was havin them at all jus thought i was havin cramps.. im almst 36 weeks an my stomach has never tightened like they say so i thnk it jus depends on you...if ur concerned u should hit up the er an then youll knw for sure=] good luck!!!
