So having my 2nd baby 22 days ago via c-section has left my tummy flabby. I am now healed enough to get into exercising and getting into shape, what I am wondering is will the exercising flatten my tummy out and if so what happens to all of the saggy skin (its not much but still)? Or would I have to have surgery to take the skin off?

Saggy skin normally does not have muscle. It takes muscle to tone you up. You would need to have a tummy tuck to totally get rid of it.
