  • Work someplace I am happy to be. I don't do well when I hate my job and a little bit extra money isn't worth the aggravation for me.

  • a little less money. There is nothing worse than having to go to a job where the people and the job itself suck

  • Happy, for sure. Life is to short to waste hating what you do for 9 hours a day.

Sometimes this is easier the say than do though.

  • Depends on what my financial situation is and what the advancement/pay scale options would be. If I knew that the lower salary would be short term, then sure. Right now, where we are doing alright financially with plenty of savings and bills low, sure, I would be free to take a lower paying job that I liked...but I have worked plenty of shit jobs in my life because I didn't have a choice and needed every penny.
