Birthday gift for a 10 year old boy??

Any ideas?? What are the kids into now? He does like science. I don't really know a lot of 10 year olds, all my friends kids are much younger.

  • My little guy is 8(2 years could be a big difference) but he has a kit called totally funky science, which he likes. I got it at Walmart, but I'm sure Target or Kmart also has it.

  • What about a gift card to a local movie/game rental store? My oldest (11) loves them because he can pick what he wants. He also loves McDonalds gift cards because then he can get a special treat, like a Flurry or pie, that I would not usually let him get.

  • My son will be ten this year. He loves to read and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series is his favorite. As far as video games go, he loves Super Smash Brothers and Zelda. He likes Bionicles, Bakugan, Lego sets, and Pokemon. He also loves art, so supplies for drawing and painting are always cool. Hope these ideas help. :)

  • When in doubt a gift card especially if you don't know what he has. Even if you know what he likes it is easier I think to go that way then to buy a gift and find out he already has it. My son is going to be 9 and he is into Legos star wars, anything starwars, transformers, ben 10.
