leaking fluids

24 weeks and i feel like i am leaking more fluids then normal what should i do??

  • What kind of fluids? If you mean discharge then it is considered normal to have way more during pregnancy.

  • its like liquid and clear, no smell, it doesn't seem like discharge to me it isn't the same i have been having.

  • You're not supposed to be leaking ANY fluids. Unless you're sure your leaking urine (yes, pregnancy accidents happen!) or that it is definitely discharge (which should be thick, NEVER watery) you need to call your doctor right away. It is very possible for you to be losing amniotic fluid which puts your baby at risk for infection. All they do is put a piece of paper up to your vagina and if it is amniotic fluid, it turns green. That's it. It takes 2 seconds and is completely painless.
