When should my daughter start crawling?

I know that my daughter is still pretty young;; she is 4 months. But I was wondering when babies usually start crawling. I put her on her tummy and she is finally starting to roll over on her back. Should she be starting to crawl here soon?

  • For babies that do crawl (and not all do), it can be anywhere from 5 to 10 months.

  • My dd crawled a week before her 5 month bday, but she combat crawls and now she 7 months and just started crawling on her knees, but can't sit up straight. One mom gave me a very good website to go to that helped a lot it is just remember every baby is unique and will develop at their own pace. Jaeleen's Mommy
