What's the earliest you know of that a baby can start crawling?

  • Some babies never crawl. It is not that they can't. They walk first. My child walked at 8 months.

  • The earliest I know of personally is 6 months 1 week. My oldest boy.

    The latest I know of was 3 I didn't crawl until I saw my baby brother doing it...says my mom anyway.

  • My brother crawled at 4 and walked at 7. My mom said he was busy chasing my other brother and me around the house.

  • My oldest daughter was crawling at 4 months...that was full on crawling not just scooting or army crawl.

  • My first rolled over at 6 mo, crawled at 9 mo walked at 12 mo.
    my second rolled over at 3 mo, crawled at almost 5 mo, and was walking by 9 mo.

  • my first was 5.5 months or 5 months and my lil one now 7 months has just begun to army crawl. each baby is different
