I know a lot of people say some really aren't as healthy as they portray them to be because they add in other bad stuff. So is this healthy?

as with almost anything considered "diet" or "good for you" it won't hurt you in moderation. but crystal light uses aspartame which when digested through the human stomach/g.i. tract breaks down into three deadly chemicals...such as formaldehyde. but really if you don't drink it every second of every day and use it sparingly go ahead and drink it.
it would be healthier to just ad lemon/lime to your water or just make a pitcher of green tea using a considerable less amount of sugar than you might otherwise. green tea has a very light flavor so a little bit of sugar will go a long way or consider switching to honey or other natural sugar substitutes.
