    We are having crustless quiches. Dino kale with roasted potatoes. roasted broccoli. and matza torte for dessert.

    Tomorrow night it will be lamb that DH and DD helped process.

  • A very happy Passover! I have a Seder here tonight and I can't believe I actually cleaned my whole house, had 2 days to cook and now I even have an hour to relax before Shabath/Passover starts. If I could pat my own back, I'd do it, but every inch of my body aches, lol!
    We're having guefilte fish in spicy tomato broth, matzoh ball soup, sweet and sour brisket, stuffed cabbage, sweet potato with pecans and maple syrup, sauteed zuchinni, and pound cake.
