should i go to l&d or are they to long???

iv been getting bad contractions they start in my back and move to about the middle of my tummy then it all gets tense and then a few min later goes back around to my back (plz tell if u think they are just braxton hicks)
it hurts to breath or yawn
im only 35 weeks
here is a list of a few of the contractions
11:11-11:15pm
11:17 -11:20pm
11:22-11:25pm

  • First off, have you tried walking or switching positions? Emptying your bladder? They may just be braxton hicks. If they dont' go away when you do that, then call your doc. Don't just go to labor and delivery...call your doc first and they will advise you on what to do.

  • Call your doctor, baby, there may be a baby on the way!

    Even if it's not "real" labor, call so to make sure nothing is wrong.

    He will probably tell you to get to the hospital.
