Morgan, Samantha, Courtney and Kara. I kinda want the middle name to be Jo after my grandma but I also like Paige.

I like Samantha & Kara the best. Have you considered Keira? Keira Paige is cute.
Samantha, IMO, goes the best with Jo: Samantha Jo.

Those are such beautiful names and ones you don't hear as often any more - Those are the kind of names I really like ! I would have a really hard time choosing between Samantha, Courtney and Kara. and I love Jo for a middle name - it goes with all 3 of those names (I'm not as fond of Morgan, mainly because I went to school with a guy named Morgan, so I tend to see it more for a boy)
