Anyone know where I can find a good "Birth Plan" online...
like...so i can get the point of what one is supposed to look like..

i know not all of them are the same..but i mean the basic outline...i hope you get what im trying to say...

    Also ask your care provider if they have one. This way you can see what your hospital has to offer. Finally ask to see other peoples plans.

    IMO, a one-page flyer is more ideal, as it's not as lengthy, making for a quick skim.
