  • My daughter is 10 mos. old and her schedule usually goes like this:
    8am nurse
10am infant cereal (1/4 cup, maybe) w/ fruit mixed in & juice
    11- 1p naptime
    1:30 nurse
    3p vegetable & juice
    4- 6p naptime
    6:30 nurse
8p a small amount of baby food (mixed dinner or something)
9:30 or 10 nurse and then bedtime
She seems very content with this schedule so far and doesn't seem hungry. Soon we will be introducing table food.

  • I quit nursing so we're doing bottles now. My son is 8 months...

    1 6 oz bottle at 6 am
9 am- egg yolk(no whites), toast bits, and cereal(oatmeal)
    11 am- 6 oz bottle(nap)
12 pm-jarred food or ham&cheese bits, banana with strawberry
    2pm-4 oz bottle
    5pm-veggies, jarred food, or fruit
    6 pm-4 oz bottle
    8pm-snack
    9-10pm- 6 oz bottle
    3-4am-wants a 4 oz bottle

My son is wierd. He doesn't like big bottles. He'll pull away after 4-6 oz. He prefers smaller, more frequent feedings. He's a snacker so that means he wants nighttime bottles too.

  • When they were 8 months.....

    Up at 6:30 or 7am..

7/7:30am...breakfast, pieces of pancakes, waffles, cereal (cheerios or Kix, something like that) toast, fruit and about 8oz formula

mid morning...snack....cheerios, crackers, or fruit and about 8oz of 50/50 juice/water

Noonish..lunch...left overs from the night before, bit of lunchmeat sandwich and crackers, maybe a jar of baby food if I had any left. about 8oz of formula

    mid afternoon...snack...same as mid-morning

5 or 6pm...supper...bits of whatever we were having and 8oz of formula (maybe a jar of baby food if I had any left)

8pm (ish)...8oz formula then to bed

All of the formula and juice/water was given in a sippy cup
