What do you do (besides medication) to relieve cramps?

I do not like taking meds so is there anything else I can do to help with the discomfort?

  • Crunches. The endorphins produced by exercise help the body relieve cramps naturally. they also make you happy!

  • you can buy the cinnamon stick just put some water to boil and the stick and the it
    you probably will find it on the spanish section at wallmart i think so not sure but it look like a piece of wood

  • menstrual cramps? clary sage oil in sum base oil rubbed on your tum, poorly belly cramps? peppermint tea.
