Does anyone know how to make curry chicken

  • I don't know how to make it but if you go to I am sure you could find the recipe.

    There is india style and chinese style curry chicken and thai style

    1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
    4 tbsp. Jamaican curry powder
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    2 cloves fresh garlic

    Wash chicken; pat dry. Cut into thin strips, approximately 3 inches long each. Mix curry powder, flour, salt, pepper in bag. Place chicken strips in bag. Shake seasonings onto chicken strips.
    Peel garlic, crush. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in frying pan. Add 1 clove of garlic to melting butter. When melted completely, place chicken strips and cook until golden brown. Continue to add melted butter and garlic to frying pan until all chicken is cooked.

    Gravy: When all pieces are cooked and removed from pan, add 1 cup of water to pan. (Do not remove pan drippings.) When boiling, add chicken pieces and simmer 3-5 minutes. Serve over bed of rice.

  • Chicken Curry in a Hurry
    1Tbsp olive oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/3 cup golden raisins
    Salt& pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons yellow curry powder
    4 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves
    1 cup sour cream
    Minced fresh cilantro or parsley
    Put oil in a large skillet, medium high heat. When hot, add the onions (and optional raisins), sprinkle with salt &pepper, cook, stirring occasionally,til translucent, about 5 minutes. Turn the heat to medium, sprinkle with half of curry powder, continue to cook a minute or two.Season chicken with salt& pepper to taste, sprinkle with remaining curry powder. Move the onion to one side of skillet, add the chicken. Cook for about 2 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate. Add the sour cream, stir constantly over medium-low heat til mixture is thick. Return chicken to skillet and cook for a couple more minutes, or until cooked through. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve with rice.
