How can i get my af?

ok i have gradually taken the breast away from my son i only give it to him a night for him to go to sleep, it has been about 3 months are so and i had had no af yet. i have not had an af since he was born.. and i have been feeling bloated and a little tingling cramping in my pelvis area.. i took a test and it was a bfn.. we want to have another baby but i cant figure out why it is taken this long i have had no problem before to get prego.. so my question is is there anything i can do to get af? like home remedies ? thank

  • Well if you werent trying to have another baby i would say you're crazy for wanting it back. I recommand seeing an ob gyn. I have no idea how long it usually takes. I had my period the entire time I was bf.

  • No. You have to ovulate, produce/ drop eggs to get pregnant.
    Your period is the sloughing off of the thickened lining of the uterus.
    When you have your period it means the egg hasn't implanted.
    It is possible to have one without the other.

    You might want to ask a new question about ovulation for better responses.
