help! I need relief for lower back pain/tail bone pain

26 weeks pregnant, My lower back and tail bone are killing me. It feels worse at night. Any stretches, exercises, suggestions?

  • Get your partner or a friend to rub your lower back. This helped me tons! If i didnt get one i was in pain!

  • Okay.. dont laugh. Try farting. I had this so bad when I was pregnant, I almost cried numerous times. If you get on your hands and knees and stretch up and down, it helps a little, but, farting was the only sure bet. I guess its built up gas... Isn't pregnancy beautiful?

  • try laying in different 28wks and sometimes when i lay a certain way the baby puts way too much pressure and murders my back and tail bone.. research pregnancy excercises

  • im going through the same thing right noww making me crazy im 22 weeks but with my daughter had bad back labor so im scared of that again but yeah different positions..
