when brestfeeding twins, when do you burp them (if you have each baby on a boob, do you burp in the middle and put them back on, or can I leave them to it (as long as they are eating) and burp at the end? What if they burp everything up?

  • If you get Dunstan's Baby Language DVD's it gives a lot of helpful information. I think you might be able to look it up on YouTube as well. Babies make certain sounds when they need to be burped and sometimes you can wait til the end, sometimes you have to burp in the middle. Usually you only feed one baby at a time.
