I would take nice, crisp lettuce leaves and place a slice of cheese and turkey in it and roll-up and eat =) I had to watch my evening carbs due to high blood sugar on my fasting. I also would eat cottage cheese with fruit. Tablespoon of peanut butter with sliced apple. Baked chicken with veggies. Boiled eggs (no yolk) sliced into a small green salad with sunflower seeds, skim cheese and turkey or lowfat ham with salsa dressing! Remember, the more protein you eat the fuller you will stay longer!
