What else can i use if i dont have parchment paper?

I have Butter, flour and cooking spray. I am making Mexican hot cocolate snickerdoodles as soon as my son takes a nap. I read on the womans blog that it helps spread the cookies and from sticking to a cookie sheet even if its a greased cookie sheet thats not supposed to stick food or cookies onto.

  • There is no substitute for parchment paper. Wax paper sticks as does foil.
