I started atkins yesterday and have been going poop like twice a day. It isnt hard or anything, and it usually kind of is. I am wandering if it is because i am eating so much protein and more vegetables than usual and less carbs and soda and junk.
Could that be what it is?
Is that pretty common?
Not sure if i am going to stick with atkins or not. Still trying to get the hang of it.
Any tips if you have done it.
