  • If they are not canned, they are even better. They are loaded w/ important healthy fats, & are very beneficial for beauty. They make your hair shinier, & skin healthier.

  • It probably depends on which week you ask, Amy. :O) My kids love them, too. Of course they love them because Roach loved them. This is also why the eat those nasty English peas, too.
