  • Only if you are active duty, and it doesn't cover the complete cost. My sister got a boob job (she is active duty) and it covered half of the cost.

  • Last time I checked it doesnt cover cosmetic surgery, then again I really never looked into it

  • I think tricare does if they deem it medically necessary.  Like if your breasts are so big the hurt your back is one reason.

  • They will do reductions if necessary for medical reasons. The only time that you might get something done is if the doctor needs practice with surgery then they tend to do things on active duty.
