Does baby oil help?

Does baby oil help for your super dry pregnancy skin? I've been using it all the time but it doesn't seem to be working.

  • I put it on after the shower, AND use lotion. I also use a humidifier.

  • I used cocoa butter :) My ass STILL got stretch marks... well not my ass, my tummy :(

  • Oh, and I meant to add that I used it, stayed hydrated, but still got stretch marks... not dry skin

  • my mama used baby oil on her stomach when she was pregnant with me, and she never got a single stretchmark. and she was 129 lb full term and I was over 9lb. I didnt use anything but that lotion you get at mimi maternirt (cant remember the name) and I look TERRIBLE. I got stretch marks on my stretch marks.
