  • Lasagna,,,,,Biscuits,,,,,,,,,,omelets,,,,,,,corned beef and cabbage,,with corn bread. Not all at the same time, of coarse.

  • chicken helper fried rice but made with ground turkey instead up chix breast. top with hot or soy sauce and sour cream and mmm mmm mmm- yum! and i have an easy chicken and sausage paella that is addictive.

  • 2 lbs ground beef, seasoned
    1 (16 ounce) box angel hair pasta
    1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
    4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 ounces pepperoni slices

    1. Brown the ground beef and season it, drain.
    2. Add the jar of spaghetti sauce.
    3. Cook angel hair pasta as described on the package.
    4. Combine the hamburger sauce and pasta.
    5. In a baking dish, Add half the spaghetti and top with cheese.
    6. Add the other half of the spaghetti and the top with the rest of the cheese.
    7. Layer the pepperoni on top.
    8. Bake 350 F until the cheese is melted! (about 40 minutes) can be refrigerated ahead.

  • Penne pasta with chicken, sundried tomatoes & artichoke hearts served Al Fredo style
    Chicken soup w/ homemade noodles
    Pork chops & Rice
    Chicken, ribs & dressing
    Meatballs (with spaghetti usually)
