  • Cardio!!! Interval training is probably best too! Weight watchers works really well to lose weight too (I lost 14 lbs in 6 weeks!) ABS are key but you need to a ton with any cardio and weight training

  • The belly is made in the kitchen. Clean eating is the only way to lose the tummy effectively and efficiently. You can do all the situps in the world and if your diet is not great, it will make no difference at all. Eat cleanly, do cardio workouts, strength training and core work and it will come off eventually.
